The short version

Mulkern AI Systems has no database of your business data. Your inputs are used only to generate your deliverable — in the moment, on your own Anthropic (Claude) key — and are never written to disk, logged, or retained on our servers.

File imports go a step further — they're read in your browser and sent directly to your own AI key, bypassing our servers entirely.

Where the AI runs

Inference is performed by Anthropic (Claude) under your own account and Anthropic's API terms. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models. Anthropic may retain API data for a limited period (currently up to roughly 30 days) for trust-and-safety purposes and then deletes it; zero-data-retention is available to approved API customers. Transport & infrastructure

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Our gateway runs as a stateless edge worker on Cloudflare — there is no application database holding your content. The agents themselves are static pages; the intelligence and your data meet only at the moment you generate, on your key.

Honest limits

Deliverables are AI-generated and illustrative. Validate every figure, and have qualified advisors review the output before acting — Mulkern AI is not financial, legal, tax, HR, or accounting advice. You are responsible for safeguarding your own API key and account.

Before you enter confidential data

These agents send the inputs you enter to Anthropic (Claude) on your own key to generate the deliverable. Do not enter information restricted by NDA, material non-public information (MNPI), or regulation unless your organization’s policies permit sending it to a third-party AI provider.

For regulated buyers

For higher-assurance requirements — banks, private equity, public companies, healthcare — a zero-data-retention arrangement with Anthropic and private/VPC or on-premise model deployment can be arranged so inputs are not retained by the provider. Contact us to scope it.
